Galatians 6:7-10
📖 Today's Word

"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith."

📜 Today's Meditation

It is the season of harvest. As the grains in the field ripen to golden hue, the words of the Apostle Paul pierce our hearts deeply. His declaration—'Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap'—transcends mere agricultural wisdom and speaks to an eternal law governing all of life.

Our lives are like fields. Each day, the thoughts, words, and deeds we sow ultimately determine our future. Have we perhaps sown seeds of evil for our own greed? Have there been times when we pursued the pleasures of the flesh at the expense of the soul? If so, all we can reap is corruption.

Yet if we sow goodness for the Spirit, we shall reap the fruit of eternal life. And more wonderful still is God's promise that He cannot be deceived. Though the world may whisper that honesty brings loss, God's justice sees every action precisely and will repay accordingly.

Therefore, let us not grow weary in doing good. When the time comes, we shall surely reap. The good works we do now, guided by the Holy Spirit, cultivating the fields of our souls, will bless not only us but those around us in the household of faith.

🙏 Today's Prayer

Lord, as we enter this season of harvest, guide us in gathering the fruits of our souls. Help us repent of the evil seeds we have sown for the desires of the flesh, and by the aid of the Holy Spirit, plant seeds of goodness. Though there be times of weariness and doubt, grant us the courage to believe in Your righteous promise and to persevere in doing good. May our lives be a blessing to all those in the household of faith. We pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
