📜 Today's Meditation

The promise that the eternal God is our refuge and His everlasting arms support us reveals how secure our lives rest upon an unshakeable foundation. For those of us who live within the limitations of time and space, it is truly comforting to know that God—who transcends time itself—becomes our refuge and holds us up.

We often experience loneliness. In the difficulties and anxieties of this world, there are moments when we seem to have nowhere to turn for help. Yet this verse assures us that we are never truly alone, and that God, who is eternal, always embraces us with His love. Because God's arms are eternal and unchanging, they can sustain us through any circumstance.

To make God our refuge is more than seeking Him only in times of trouble. Rather, it means turning to Him daily and resting in His embrace. It is the experience of surrendering ourselves completely and placing our full weight upon God's eternal arms.

Today may bring uncertainty and challenges. But above us stands God, who will never change, holding us up and sustaining us. As we experience the peace of resting in His arms, let us face this day with confidence.

🙏 Today's Prayer

Eternal Father and God, I believe that throughout every moment of my life, Your arms hold me up and sustain me. Thank You for giving me a heart to trust in You when anxiety comes, when I need help, and for drawing me into Your embrace. Help me always to know You as my refuge, and enable me to experience the peace found in Your eternal love. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
