📜 Today's Meditation

Our lives can sometimes feel like a long marathon. Workplace stress, family difficulties, and worries about the future can drain us of our energy. At such moments, we may realize that our own strength is insufficient, while simultaneously experiencing despair that no help seems to come.

However, the message that the Prophet Isaiah brings us assures us that we are never alone. To wait upon the Lord—to place our hope in God—is not merely a religious act. It is an expression of trust and faith that there is One who cares for and guides our lives. Just as an eagle soars through the sky on mighty wings, so too can we gain new strength within God's power.

This promise does not mean we will no longer feel tired. Rather, it means that no matter how difficult or exhausted we become, there is God's grace to sustain us. Whether we are running or walking, we can experience the hand of God that is always with us.

Let us now lift our eyes higher to look upon God. While our present struggles matter, it is even more important to remember the source of our strength. When we rely on God, we do not merely endure life—we live a life of victory.

🙏 Today's Prayer

Lord God, fill me with new strength. Restore this weary heart and body with Your power, and grant me courage to rise again each time I look to You. Help me maintain faith in You even amid uncertainty about the future and present difficulties. Grant me the grace to soar high like the wings of an eagle. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
